Terms and Conditions for Submitting a Report to Classify Security Group (CSG)
By submitting a report or complaint through the Classify Security Group (CSG) Incident Reporting Page, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Accuracy of Information
1.1 You confirm that the information provided in your report is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
1.2 Deliberately providing false, misleading, or malicious information may result in legal action.

2. Confidentiality and Privacy
2.1 CSG is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your report. Your personal information, if provided, will only be used for the purposes of investigating and resolving the reported issue.
2.2 Anonymous reports are accepted; however, providing your contact information allows us to follow up for further details or resolution.
2.3 CSG complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations regarding the handling of personal data.

3. Investigation and Follow-Up
3.1 Upon receipt of your report, CSG will review the submitted information and determine the appropriate course of action.
3.2 While CSG strives to address all reports in a timely manner, the complexity of certain cases may result in extended investigation timelines.
3.3 Submitting a report does not guarantee a specific outcome, but all reports will be handled with fairness and impartiality.

4. Prohibited Submissions
4.1 You agree not to submit:

Any material that is defamatory, abusive, or harassing.
Content that infringes on the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
Reports intended to spam or disrupt CSG's operations.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 CSG is not liable for any damages or consequences arising from the submission of a report, including delays in response or outcomes that do not meet your expectations.

6. Use of Submitted Information
6.1 Information provided in your report may be shared internally within CSG and, if necessary, with law enforcement or regulatory authorities to resolve the issue.
6.2 CSG will not use your information for purposes unrelated to the investigation or resolution of the report.

7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
7.1 CSG reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Incident Reporting Page.

8. Agreement
By submitting a report, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
